AI Creation Department Hosts Generative AI Seminar  [Photo] The AI Creation Department, GenAI: Generative AI Seminar The AI Creation Department, in collaboration with the School of AI Convergence, the Artificial Intelligence Department, and the Bigdata & Information Security Department, will host the Generative AI Seminar at 2 p.m. on the 25th (Saturday) in the Smart Lecture Hall of Building A on the main campus. This event is an offline public seminar, and any students of the School of AI Convergence and members of the public interested in generative AI can participate by registering in advance on the AI Creation Department website. The detailed program features talks such as 'Latest Trends in Stable Diffusion: Skill & More' by Soy.lab CEO Choi Don-hyun, 'Current Status and Prospects of GenAI' by AI Creation Department Head Professor Kim Hwan, 'Scene Composition and Generative AI' by Professor Kwon Seung-tae, 'AI Song Covers' by AI Convergence School Assistant Kim Yeon-woo, and 'Generative AI Tips & Tech' by AI Creation Department Student President Kim Tae-kyung. Professor Kim Hwan, Head of the AI Creation Department, stated, "We have planned this seminar with the aim of enhancing the capabilities of our university students in the field of artificial intelligence, as we are a leading AI university. We have structured a variety of programs with informative and substantial content, covering everything from the current state of generative AI to scene composition, and we look forward to widespread participation." AI Creation Department has been restructured to meet the societal demand and trends by establishing the AI Convergence School in 2024 for AI+X interdisciplinary education. It aims to provide education tailored to societal demands and trends. The department offers specialized education to apply AI technology to future media, produce and implement content. Graduates can excel in various fields such as AI media content creators, solo broadcasters and live streamers, virtual environment video producers, virtual character designers, media technology researchers and developers, media educators, media consulting and strategic planners, as well as startup founders. |
